I am Gabrielle Borger, a fully certified Essentrics instructor. This dynamic, full-body workout engages every muscle group to build strength and enhance flexibility. The Essentrics method was developed by Miranda Esmonde-White, author of the bestselling book Forever Painless, Where she offers clear, accessible guidance on exercises that improve posture, balance, and everyday comfort.
A typical Essentrics class blends standing sequences with floor work and occasional barre exercises, all accompanied by carefully curated music. Varying styles and tempos are selected to complement each movement, keeping very session engaging and enjoyable.
