&lt;p align="left"&gt;Our pelvic health is a powerful, whole-body system - it doesn't work in isolation. It is linked to our feet, hips, core and jaw - as well as how we move &amp;amp; breathe each day. We can improve our pelvic floor function at any age!&lt;br&gt;

&lt;p align="left"&gt;Our pelvic health is a powerful, whole-body system - it doesn't work in isolation. It is linked to our feet, hips, core and jaw - as well as how we move &amp;amp; breathe each day. We can improve our pelvic floor function at any age!&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
These yoga classes will incorporate gentle movement, breathing exercises along with pelvic floor awareness while seated or standing &amp;amp; using the chair for support. We will also use the wall for some additional supported movements. This pelvic health session provides a comfortable environment where each individual can participate at their own level.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="left"&gt;Our pelvic health is a powerful, whole-body system - it doesn't work in isolation. It is linked to our feet, hips, core and jaw - as well as how we move &amp;amp; breathe each day. We can improve our pelvic floor function at any age!&lt;br&gt;

These yoga classes will incorporate gentle movement, breathing exercises along with pelvic floor awareness while seated or standing &amp;amp; using the chair for support.       <title>Pelvic Floor Exercise Class (2 Dec 2026)</title>
      <description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Seated Yoga for Pelvic Health&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="left"&gt;Our pelvic health is a powerful, whole-body system - it doesn't work in isolation. It is linked to our feet, hips, core and jaw - as well as how we move &amp;amp; breathe each day. We can improve our pelvic floor function at any age!&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
These yoga classes will incorporate gentle movement, breathing exercises along with pelvic floor awareness while seated or standing &amp;amp; using the chair for support. We will also use the wall for some additional supported movements. This pelvic health session provides a comfortable environment where each individual can participate at their own level.&lt;/p&gt;
